Warm, dry, smooth to the touch. Nice fit in thighs and lower legs. The medium size as a ton of room in the crotch and rear area - you would have to be a pretty full-sized individual to fill it out.

I purchased this long underwear for my husband for Christmas. He works outdoors during most of our treacherous winter months and was used to wearing the waffle weave type thermals so I was apprehensive in purchasing this type. Much to my delight, he LOVES the Duofold and claims they're so much warmer and more comfortable than what he had been wearing. Hooray, hooray, I did something right!! They also launder beautifully.

Duofold's mid-weight navy thermals are very comfortable and make your legs feel warm when it is cold, yet not too warm when you think you should not have worn them. I have worn department store tall thermals for years that have been 100% cotton that would get loose (non-tight) before the day was over and wear out in two years. I ordered regular duofolds because they didn't appear to have talls; and I think I like them better shorter than my previous talls. Sometimes I wonder why I feel so good, and my mind reminds me--"Oh, its the duofold thermals!" I will buy at least three more pair for fear they quit making these.
