I had a fitting and found I was a different size and cup than I had thought, so I had to buy new bras. I bought 2 of these bras from Elder Beerman because I like the way they looked when I tried them on and they seemed comfortable. I have to agree with other users that the straps are made too long. I am 5'2" and have a short waist and have the straps as tight as they will go and still not quite tight enough. The bra is very nice. However, after wearing the bra now for 3 days, I am going to take the second one I purchased back to get a refund. This bra has a very wide underwire and it digs into one particular spot of my ribs just under each [...] It is making my ribs in those spots very tender and I notice it a lot when I am just putting it on for the day because it hurts. If it wasn't for that, I would say this bra was perfect, minus the straps being too long. So, if the underwire is not a problem for you, this bra has great shape and support.

I first bought 3 of these bras at a Beall's of Florida store last year. I like the fit and comfort and wanted to buy more. But Beall's didn't have this particular style when I was shopping, so that is why I went to Amazon.



I have rather large breasts, and this bra doesn't gap in the middle between my breasts like many other bras seem to do. (I am a senior citizen, 5 feet tall, 130 lb & wear 38-C). The bra fits snuggly against my skin and feels comfortable. They are shaped nicely and look good under my clothes; they are not "pointy" like some bras, and they minimize the size of my breasts. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I am short-waisted and I wish the adjustable straps could be made just a little shorter. They don't fit quite as snugly on my shoulders as I would like, and once in a while the straps gravitate a bit. But it is the best bra I have had in years, so I do recommend it.

As an aside, I actually had a bra fitting by a trained specialist at Bealls, and this was one of the bras she recommended. They are reasonably priced, and I am very careful about laundering. I close the hooks, put them into a mesh bag, and put into the washer for only 5 minutes. I remove them, rinse by hand, and hang to dry. Never put them into the dryer; that weakens the elastic. Consequently, they hold up well. I don't know about the smaller sizes, but for my size and shape, I like this bra.

I ordered this because it was the cheapest 34DD I could find on here. I was trying to figure out which size I should be wearing. I'm glad I only bought this as a practice because it's the ugliest bra I've ever owned. The picture is misleading. The straps are ridiculously big with NO room for adjustment - well, maybe about 3" of strap which is nothing if you're tall - I'm on the short side so no big deal but for anyone that needs more room - don't get this bra.



And it abslolutely gave me cone boobs. I think I just missed the worst of it but anyone bigger than my size is going to have a problem. It wasn't just cone-age - it separated my boobs so badly that it looked like they were trying to run away from each other. I wore this bra for a total of 24 hours (and wore heavy sweatshirts all day so no one could see my weird boobs) then got my butt pronto to my local mall and purchased much better bras in my new correct size.



Yuck. Ugly bra, ugly fit - just stop now - put it away!!

I saw this mentioned on some show and thought it sounded like a good idea. One cup was puckered in the packaging and I was never able to smooth it out. The material used to make them were cheap to start with. It pinched and didn't do what it said, i.e., side slim. (I'm 5'1" and 132lbs) I have a couple of sport bras that do as good a job as this.

I bought this bra for its Baby Leopard pattern (other colors available) and the promise of a smooth silhouette. I must admit that my ribcage is rather streamlined in this bra, but I have one complaint. As a very petite woman (5 feet tall), I need to shorten the straps of all of my bras. These straps are still too long for me, even when tightened all the way.

I love this bra. The cup shape is nice and flattering, and it has great support! The straps are comfortable, which is a precious commodity when you're a DDD. The band doesn't creep up your back, the side band doesn't dig into you, and the underwire isn't noticeable at all. It's a great bra all around! I buy this bra because I can find very few bras that have fully stretchable straps. I have had too much trouble with straps digging into my shoulders, and these do not tend to do that. This is also a very comfortable bra, with no binding on the sides or uncomfortable wires. It provides good support with a 4 hook back for larger busts. It has a middle section between the 2 cups which is elastic, which allows for ventilation in an area which otherwise gets too damp. I also appreciate the fact that the bottom band does not roll up. These bras are usually extremely low priced compared to other bras, so I get the support I need and no shoulder digging for a very moderate price! The only thing that I do not like is whatever material they use for the undercup support does not tolerate continual use of bleach and machine drying. I love the feel of support from this part of the bra when it is new; however, over time, the material here tends to break apart, I believe, due to bleach and heat from the dryer. Sorry, no time for hand washing. At the prices they usually sell for, I just buy more. I sure hope Playtex does not plan to quit production of this style.

This bra is a super, well-fitting product for me. Being a bit larger on one side than the other (no one is perfect...right?), this bra is a real find because of the cups. They seem to cover a multitude of sins, plus this bra is actually sexy for a woman who is large breasted. We usually get stuck with the "plain Jane" type of bra that makes us feel less attractive. Since I found it, I've ordered every color and I will be sure to keep several in reserve. I rated this bra as a four star only because the lace is a bit rough in the beginning, but once washed several times it gets softer.
